Nothing about rights will change. And you can and should sue them. I have won 2 cases against them. Once for crossing the 2nd solid lane I was charged with driving on the wrong side of the road, but I got 50 rubles! And many do not know what to say! And often they are right.

had a similar situation with my acquaintances, when they took away their car and said it was stolen. But they still drive it around town. And the cops show up, everybody take cover.
